How much are your cakes?

Every cake is made to order, so the cost of the cake is completely dependent on the size, flavor, and design. I do have base prices listed on the inquiry form which is the amount the cake builds off of depending on what add-ons you would like. This price usually isn't the total you will end up paying.

A 6% sales tax is applied to all orders, no exceptions

How do I order?

Please fill out the inquiry form to request a cake from me. Once submitted, I will then review your inquiry and contact you via email with clarification on the details provided. It typically takes a few email exchanges before I send the invoice your way with the order total.

My response time is usually 2-3 days.

When should I place my order?

Please don't wait till the last minute as my availability may not be open closer to the date it is needed.
 
Custom cake inquiries should be submitted at lease 2-3 weeks prior.
 
Wedding cakes should be inquired well in advance (a minimum of 3 months prior). The earlier the better!

What is your expertise?

I steer clear from fondant as well as novelty cakes as this is not my expertise, however I am happy to come up with a design that matches the theme you have in mind. Buttercream cakes all the way!

Do you offer delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is a must for all wedding cakes and tiered cakes, pickup is not an option.
 
Pickup is highly preferred for single tiered custom cakes. If pickup is not possible, delivery depends on my availability on the day as well as the distance.
 
Delivery incurs an extra charge that will be factored into the quote I send you.

How do I pay?

Payment is not accepted through my website as I have to calculate any add ons, design, size, and delivery fee (if applicable). Once you submit your inquiry, I will send you an invoice with the order total as well as the pickup address. Payment methods will be listed at the bottom of the invoice. I accept Zelle, Venmo, or a check.

Question 8

How do I confirm my order?

Accepted Answer

You must pay a nonrefundable 50% deposit which will be taken from the order total. Once this deposit is made, your booking is secured. The remaining 50% is due 3 days prior to the order date.

Can you replicate a picture of a cake?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to send inspiration pictures when thinking about the design of your cake. After submitting your inquiry, you can email me pictures of what you have in mind.

Question 10

How do I transport my cake/cupcakes?

DO NOT put your cake/cupcakes on the car seat. The box must be placed on a flat and leveled surface like in the trunk or on the floor of the passenger seat.

Question 11

How long can I store my cake/cupcakes for?

Accepted Answer

Up to 1 week in the fridge, and 3 months in the freezer, but highly recommend you devour on the day of!
